English Me Bola karo
Hi, this is the small synopsis about my personal experience that talks about Speaking in English.
First thing - you need to know is I am not perfect at writing or speaking English still most of the time I use it to improve the way I use it. Okay so moving forward - When I was in school, I was very bad at studies and I used to think that getting good marks is not easy thing but what I was not thinking is how I am writing my exams. I used to write my exams with unstructured English.
So from 9th class I started improving my writing habits, I started writing proper sentences. The first thing I learnt is to write sentences in past tense. I used to write a-lot ‘used to’. So this is how I somewhat started writing in English, even if I don’t know how to write the perfect English at least I started.
Language is just a medium!
Yes, it is a medium to convey our thoughts and this is what people told me when I came to college.
But I have one ‘but’ for you, if you don’t speak in English just because it’s just a medium then you should know the second part of the story. During my early college days I was again not focusing on anything which helps a human being to become better instead I was more focused towards parties and relationship…fun!
And also one of my senior told me “interviews me basic english se kam hoojata hai”, I thought all set. Now I was only thinking about technical part. Then one day I was standing in front of many people I got stuck at one word while speaking, for more in-sights it was fashion show event organized by my college. After that event I started feeling underconfident, like I have confidence but it is just a confidence to speak I do not know how to speak in a impressive way how to answer the question in a good manner. Then that was the moment I thought to work on my overall personality.
Must include English
Whenever you are thinking like, “now this world will see better side of me”. Make sure you are working in everything that makes you better. Some people just start going Gym n think they are doing great in their life but the fact is how there are a-lot of thinks that matters. How you walk how you talk how you deal with things, as I said earlier I am not perfect but I am improving myself. So whenever you are trying to change yourself to better you, you must include english!
It helped me gain super confidence, while talking to anyone like girls or boys I feel comfortable. I cracked my first job interview & a group discussion very easily. I did it more than twice I think. So it will really really help you. Remember you are different from many if you are good at english because I still meet so many people who are terrible in english and some of them are so underconfident. So it’s up-to you to make yourself stand in a highly competitive world.
Also start writing emails by your own, chat GPT will not help in writing emotions sentiments exactness of your thoughts.
Thank you for your time.
